The following terms and conditions apply to the gift cards purchased on our store .

1.Redemption and Limitations

Gift cards may be redeemed on this store to purchase products and services. Gift cards can't be redeemed outside of the country it was purchased from. For example, if you purchased a gift card on US site, it can only be redeemed on US site’s PC page, mobile page, Android system, or iOS system.

2.Purchase

When you place an order to purchase gift cards, we need to ensure your payment method is safe and secure. The verification process is estimated to take 1-7 business days. The actual time frame depends on the payment method you select.

 

3.Gift Card Redemption

You may enter the gift card code when you are checking out. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance on the gift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.

 

4.Balance

The balance in your gift card may be used on this store to purchase products and services. The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.

5.Validity Period and Refund

 Gift cards are valid for 3 years after purchase. Once the validity period expires, the gift card cannot be redeemed. Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be returned if not full amount on it.

If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card.


6.Reason for Unreceived Gift Cards

After the gift card has been purchased successfully, it will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not receive your gift card number and PIN number, it may be because:
  • You entered the wrong email address when purchasing the gift card. Please contact Customer Support to confirm and change the email address.
  • Your inbox is full. Please ensure you have sufficient space in your inbox, then contact Customer Support to resend.
  • Our emails have been blocked by your mailbox. Please add our email  to your whitelist, then contact Customer Support to resend.

 

7.Gift Card Lost or Stolen

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards.
